Fall Fest established in 2019 was created with a vision to restore hope in the Englewood community by the late Regina Luckett, a long-time Englewood resident and mother of Corie Luckett, owner operator of Englewood Branded & Branded Englewood. Initially, FALL FEST transformed a vacant lot into a vibrate, fall themed space geared towards youth and community engagement. To date it has become an annual celebration that the community looks forward to.

Held at the all new Englewood Breakroom, Fall Fest is a free event open to all ages. It offers carnival rides, a petting zoo, free food, live music, a multitude of resources and more. With a focus on the youth Fall Fest also features local youth vendors, and live youth entertainers. It is a safe, family-friendly space that has provided the community with tangible opportunities while helping deter crime in Englewood.

In it’s first year, the event attracted 400 attendees, distributed 300 pumpkins, and created an opportunity for youth vendors to display their products/services and earn money. Despite the challenges brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, Fall Fest expanded. In 2020 attendance doubled to roughly 800 participants, distributing close to 700 pumpkins. With increased attendance each year Fall Fest has provided more youth opportunities, and gained more support from local business and entrepreneurs. Engaging more than 10,000 people over the last five years Fall Fest has become a cornerstone of the Greater Englewood community.

To help Fall Fest grow into a more impactful event, fostering a stronger more resilient community we need you. Your donation, partnership/sponsorship, and/or volunteer time will allow us to expose the youth to more opportunities, Creating brighter minds, supporting brighter ideas and giving more inspiration. Fall Fest will also focus on providing mental health support with the overall goal of generating a brighter future for not only our youth but the Greater Englewood Community.
